Stainless steel storage tanks need to be chemically cleaned after being used for a period of time

Stainless steel storage tanks need to be chemically cleaned after being used for a period of time. We will introduce the specific cleaning methods and processes in detail below.
       1. Reasons for chemical cleaning
existstainless steel storage tankDuring the installation, welding and production process, there will be dust, welding slag, grease, rust, etc. on the inner surface of the steel. The presence of these dirt will cause pollution to the product and affect the chemical and physical quality of the storage medium. Therefore, chemical cleaning is required to achieve the required cleanliness.
       2. Cleaning method
1Spray cleaning is a cyclic cleaning technology. During the cleaning process, the chemical cleaning solution is evenly sprayed onto the inner surface of the system to be cleaned, and flows along the container wall to the bottom with the help of the gravity of the cleaning liquid, so that the cleaning liquid comes into contact with the rust and scale on the inner wall of the container, and a chemical reaction occurs to meet the requirements of the cleaning system. By adjusting the position of the sprinkler head, the cleaning fluid can be sprayed onto the top and wall of the tank to ensure the cleanliness of the entire inner surface.
       2. In spray cleaning, the design of the sprayer is more important. Improper design or selection of the sprayer will lead to uneven distribution of the cleaning liquid and directly affect the cleaning effect. The commonly used sprinkler head is a rotating sprinkler head. A rotating nozzle is installed on the stainless steel tank to be cleaned, and hydraulic torque is used to drive the nozzle to rotate the nozzle.
       3. Cleaning process
       Water flushing and system pressure test→skim→water rinse→Pickling (passivation)→water rinse→Manual processing→dry.
