Product overview
Spiral plate heat exchanger is a heat exchanger in which two parallel metal plates are rolled into two spiral channels, and hot and cold fluids exchange heat through the spiral plate walls. Spiral plate heat exchangers are available in detachable and non-detachable types.
The spiral plate heat exchanger uses a partition welded to the plate to keep two parallel plates at a certain distance and roll them into a spiral shape to seal both ends. The method of sealing both ends is3Type: weld one end of the two flow channels alternately; weld only the two ends of one flow channel; leave both ends of the two flow channels open. Seal with packing.
Spiral plate heat exchangers are suitable for chemical, petroleum, solvent, pharmaceutical, food, light industry, textile, metallurgy, steel rolling, coking and other industries.
