       2, saddle bearing

       Stainless steel storage tanks should be equipped with supports for load-bearing and fixation needs. For small and medium-sized stainless steel storage tanks, most use two saddle-shaped supports, which have the same function as lifting beams. However, in the part in contact with the equipment, the support also acts as a cylindrical shell, and the stress there increases significantly. The setting of the reinforcing ring should be considered according to the formula and chart during design.

       3, head

       The head shapes of the equipment include hemisphere, semi-ellipsoid and dish. Generally, for the convenience of construction, the barrel body and the head can be formed separately, and then the whole body can be pasted together when they reach a certain thickness. Because the curvature of the outer diameter line of the connection changes; reinforcement should be made there to eliminate stress.

       The above three methods are very effective and simple and feasible methods to solve the problem of stainless steel storage tank reinforcement. By strengthening them, they can help the equipment extend the service time during use.
