       1. Equipment that stores flammable gases and flammable liquids should be equipped with fire-fighting equipment. Smoking, open flame lighting, and heating in the tank, as well as bringing ignition sources into the tank area are strictly prohibited.
       2, For equipment that stores flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive and other media, the relevant regulations on dangerous goods management should be strictly implemented.
       33. Before equipment inspection and repair, the power supply of the electrical equipment related to it must be cut off, and the equipment handover procedures must be completed.
       4. After the medium in the equipment is drained, the inlet and outlet valves should be closed or blind plates should be added to separate the pipes and equipment connected to them, and obvious partition signs should be provided.
       5. For equipment containing flammable, corrosive, toxic, or suffocating media, it must be replaced, neutralized, cleaned, etc., and analyzed and inspected after treatment. The analysis results should comply with relevant specifications and standards. Air replacement is strictly prohibited for flammable media.
       6, To operate in a tank, a tank operation permit must be obtained. If the operation is interrupted for a long time for some reason, a new tank operation permit should be issued.
       7, working in the tank30A sample needs to be taken for analysis before the clock starts. The oxygen content is within18-23%(volume ratio).
       8. Wear personal protective equipment when entering the tank to clean up toxic or corrosive residues.
       9The scaffolding and lifting devices that need to be built must be stable and reliable. It is strictly forbidden to throw materials and tools inside and outside during the operation to ensure safe operation.

       11. When there is a need for fire in the tank, a fire permit must be obtained.
       121. There must be a guardian when working inside the tank, and there must be reliable contact measures.
       13. When the construction is completed, the maintenance personnel and supervisory personnel shall jointly inspect the inside and outside of the tank. After confirmation, the supervisor shall sign the work permit inside the tank before each manhole can be closed.
       14. When releasing water after pressure test, be sure to connect it to the atmosphere to prevent vacuuming. General attention should be paid to the fact that stainless steel storage tank areas store a lot of oil and are highly dangerous, prone to fire and explosion accidents. In accordance with relevant regulations, establish a fire prevention and explosion prevention system, conduct frequent fire prevention inspections, and strictly carry out fire management to ensure fire safety.
