It is mainly used in the compressed air system with supporting facilities such as air compressors, refrigerated dryers, filters, etc. The function is to cache air to make the air path more stable and reduce frequent starts of the compressor. In addition, allowing the compressed air to settle in the air compressor air storage tank is more conducive to water and contamination removal. Carbon steel storage tanks have a certain service life. However, a series of problems will also occur during the use period. Therefore, in order to avoid the occurrence of problems during the use period, it must be regularly maintained and repaired.
       So what should we pay attention to when maintaining carbon steel storage tanks? That is to clean or replace the liquid level transmitter, repair or replace the inlet, outlet and filter valves, and clean the cooling circulating water fan coil unit. Check and repair the valve, vent its flame arrester, and repair the anti-corrosion layer and thermal insulation layer. Maintenance includes equipment overhaul and maintenance of tank internal parts. If cracks or serious corrosion are found, the barrel sections should be repaired or replaced accordingly. According to the external environmental testing requirements, and after the cylinder has been repaired or replaced, a leak test is required to solve other problems discovered during the external testing of the tank.
